Each session begins with fun warm up games, mixing ages and abilities to promote a cohesive group. Active games follow such as fox tail tag, 6 or surrender (dice game), or relay races.

Depending on location we explore the area by means of a scavenger hunt, hill challenge, maze, crossing the shark infested pool,or following a 'circuit' trail before undertaking Wild Art!, den building or compass challenges.

Children are requested to dress weather appropriately with fitness shoes and to bring plenty of water and a small healthy snack for a well earned break.
